订了两晚的3人房，出发前知道到房间保留时间11点前不能到酒店所以专门打了个电话让帮忙保留房间，但是12点到杭州后打电话到酒店却被告知房间已经卖了出去，只能匆忙再订其它住宿的地方，非常狼狈，期间酒店完全没有表示要负任何责任，也没有提供解决方案，非常不满意

优点:城站火车站C口出就是。服务人员态度很好，每次回去都会带你回房间，因为怕你会迷路。
缺点:酒店像个迷宫，走廊太长了，卫生间下水不好，气味非常难闻，换了个房间仍然有味道。房间设施也太过陈旧。
