离杭州火车站城站只有200米，交通便利是唯一优势。整幢大楼只有5层是住宿，给人感觉外美内旧且乱，不像是酒店，设施相当陈旧，房间比预定的表述要小，旁边房间人说话可以听到，预订时说有2听软饮和一份水果，打电话过去结果只给了软饮没水果。总的说，设施旧，服务差，价格不便宜，下次可以在周边找到如家等酒店，火车站边很多。

服务非常好，地段就在高铁站旁边，非常便利。 住在火车站门口当然是最好的了。就在城站c出口的旁边，出行也方便。价格呢也还能接受，总体来说不错.

酒店很老很老很老，你懂的，离火车站还算近，停车也还算方便。如果能够承受老酒店老设施，这个价格在杭州倒还是可以了。
