真的是我出门旅行住过感觉最好的酒店了 跟星级酒店肯定没法比 但很干净 住的很舒服 大冬天去玩的 冲热水澡好大水好热乎 位置离西湖很近很近 就隔了一条街 走路不用10分钟就到了西湖边 总之就是好棒好棒的 两位美女店长姐姐对我们超好的 么么哒

房间出乎意料的小，一张床挨着就是卫生间了，位置还可以，离西湖比较近，周围吃的也挺多，房间偏贵

订不到双床了，俩男人搂着睡的。。。。老板和老板娘相当好，下次一定要来住那个豪华套房！房间不大，房间内很干净，床比对面那三星舒服，对面那三星我住了几天五百多商务双床，续不上了，那家床硬！

位置方便，房间干净程度还可以...
热水很好，Wi-Fi 也强，员工亲切...
不过有点旧，房间也实在太小了。虽然免费帮我们升级到榻榻米房，房间还是很小. 如果没有升级真的想象不了会有多小！住了两天后，我们最终换了旁边一家新开的酒店...更大更新更便宜

当初定这家店是因为看到网友的评价，说是服务很好，到了之后发现果然名不虚传，店面、房间不大，面积虽小但是胜在温馨，在杭州这样的地方是可以理解的。离地铁口、西湖景区都很近，出行很方便。老板娘很热情，因为是从别的旅游城市到的杭州，所以对比明显。好笑的是我们晚上出去迷路了，给老板娘打电话，老板娘亲自去接的，很让我们感动。
