酒店离凤起路地铁站B出口很近，步行到西湖也不超过十分钟；酒店房间宽敞、干净整洁，设施齐全；只是价格偏贵、还没含早、wifi信号不太好，周边修地铁、一早就比较吵闹；感觉性价比不是很高

在地铁旁，房间很干净，去西湖步行地铁都可以。饭店旁边在修地铁晚上很吵。饭店内早餐是自助的35一人，晚上是可以点菜也可以商务套餐，送进房间要收10%的服务费。整体来说性价比很高，整体环境很舒适。

之前老凤起入住过，有比较自然觉得现在新装修后整体提高了很大一个档次，至少从硬件上会吸引我下次来杭继续选择这里入住，但是最大的诟病之处是服务，餐厅的服务员个个板着脸完全是老国营的架子让人受不了，其他的保洁人员还有楼层碰到的服务员都还客气会主动打招呼，建议三楼餐厅一定要在这方面加强服务意识的培训。房间挺小的，毕竟是老店新装，面积无法升级可以理解，卫浴设施不错都是全套科勒的，用着挺顺手。建议房间能配上挂钟，遮光窗帘效果太好早上根本不知道几点了。

地段很好，出行很方便，以后2号线造好地铁更方便，目前还是受地铁施工影响，背面房间还好，睡觉声音基本没有。设施有点老，卫生间马桶不是很干净，而且卫生间味道挺重，另外晚上睡觉空调声音还是有点响。最后就是床太软。。。
