本来还想贵一点总归好一点，结果是虚高抢钱。设施陈旧，地漏不通，空调也不制冷，厕所都没有换气，还满是虫子，900块的房间跟虫子住一晚上。办入住前台忙着看手机，好评都是刷的、快逃。

疫情期间入住这家酒店，防疫工作做的很到位，入住送了洗手液酒精湿巾，还免费提供口罩，而且居然还有小孩子的儿童口罩非常细节，工作人员很耐心，酒店潘经理服务很好，江景很美。

最糟糕体验的酒店，服务差，房间热。这个季节外面十几度住进房间竟然闷热的穿短袖受不了，打电话说送冷风机，两次催促会过了快半个小时才送来，一点用没有，还是热的受不了。再次催两个电话（这个五星级酒店服务每次正常反映都需要半个小时），后来说江景房白天关窗太阳晒所以闷热，但酒店没法开冷空调。晚上十点多给我们换了房间（这次经理态度还好），总算安顿下来，虽然闷热但还能忍受。另外，该酒店最近周边工地24小时打桩，听说城景房会有噪音；酒店自助早餐可能疫情原因品种很少，还要加收小孩子早餐费，差评。
