可以说是我住过最贴心的酒店之一，比前一天在千岛湖的喜来登好太多，前台很有礼貌，入住还送上冰水。冰箱里的东西免费吃。29楼用餐环境很棒，服务无微不至，退房还送上路上点心及小挂件，谢谢徐丹主任，开票速度也快。很好的入住体验，比好一些国际五星连锁酒店都好。点32个赞

前台小妹妹笑容灿烂，耐心细致，房间不错，还有毛笔，最赞的是景观无敌，附近吃饭也方便，下次来富阳要试试酒店的健身房

3楼中餐厅，龙井虾仁很好吃，菜做得好吃。可惜鱼汤不鲜。
