太棒了！这次给老爸老妈和他们朋友定了三间湖景房。老爸老妈回来直称赞太棒了，不但风景好，服务更是好的不得了。特别唐小波宾客关系助理主任（老爸特意还把名片带回来了），还给他们每个房间送了下午茶，离开的时候还有小礼物，礼轻情意重，爸爸妈妈叔叔阿姨们很开心，入住的时候还亲自送到房间。下次一定跟身边的人推荐。听说客房服务和下午茶地方的服务人员也都很好，亲切热情，大赞！

我们是在春节期间带着2岁外孙女入住的，感觉很温馨，亲子房的糖老鸭、小帐篷等让小朋友高兴极了，每天送的酸奶、水果也都是小朋友的最爱。连住了6天，小朋友还是不肯回家。房间的服务员工作很认真，也很热情。美中不足的是中餐厅对包桌的客人热有加，而对我们2个人的散客就不上心了，看着别人吃完又翻桌吃着了，我们等了近2个小时，点的菜还上不了，隔壁的海鲜酒店更是直言不接待散客，只能天天吃自助餐（自助餐厅的服务员很好的，热情、认真）。春节期间选择这里还是不恰当的。
