大年初三入住 ，在前台办理入住登记，曰：需要800押金。交了押金，押金单却写着500元押金，询问 ，前台曰 写错了。前台遂重写。入住一个多小时，暖气一直没有。电话给前台问，前台回复这个房间的暖气坏了，给你换房间。问 暖气没有的房间为什么还安排给客人。前台答 我以为好了。这个业务水平 杠杠滴
