出差顺便和家人过个周末，订了湖景房。结果发现酒店3、4楼层都在装修，双休也不停的，所以要求高点楼层安静些的房间，后来安排了高楼层。虽然并不是正对湖景，但是房间里确实没听到什么很吵的声音。由于酒店正对音乐喷泉，晚上人很多，十一点以后安静了，我们才去湖边走走。但是但是酒店的房间设施真的可以换新了，走进房间感觉不像在凯悦这种五星级酒店。

酒店就在西湖音乐喷泉边上，定个湖景房不出房门就能看到傍晚的音乐喷泉表演，对马路就是银泰百货，周边就好街就是商业集聚中心，第一人民医院，浙大附属妇女保健医院，中医院都在酒店周边，两天时间把西湖逛了个遍，不错👍以后还会入住。

就是位置优势，过了马路就是西湖喷泉那里，进入房间里有点小失望，我感觉1500多一晚上，不含早餐不太值，中午有份水果

酒店设计陈旧，我住的是大床房，房间灯不能分区域逐个关掉，要么全部开要么全部关。矿泉水只有两瓶，太少了不够喝。提供了水果却不提供刀。最差的是大门口，赶上下雨，门口积水居然有十多厘米之深，我穿着皮鞋趟着水进来的，也没人想办法搭个桥让客人能进门。总体差评，浪费了这西湖之畔的好地方。
