前台办好入住手续无人指引台梯，房间设施很简单，大床房拖鞋只有一双，打电话催了几次才送来，该酒店除了位置好以外服务软件太不配五星酒店。

位置很好，标准凯越的风格，门口有趴活r的出租车，可以包车，最后一天才发现出门右转是奢侈品一条街，还有许多吃饭的，还有喜茶，呵呵

酒店位置很好，紧邻西湖，门前就是音乐喷泉，交通方便，去景区公交路线都经过。附近饭店很多，离开游船码头很近。设施齐全，服务态度不错，早餐就房价和星级而言，比较一般。
