每年度假都来这酒店，这次过来前台登记的人员服务态度很差，从登记到入住时间要2个多小时，而且没有很好态度。希望这样的前台人员不要出现在预知不配的酒店。

西湖边最佳位置的酒店，环境一流，唯一的遗憾就是房间设施很陈旧，特别是床，感觉跟快捷酒店的床一般，近3000一晚的快捷酒店，史上最贵，性价比太差了！
