酒店服务很好！特别感谢酒店武航婷。11月1日晚上22点后，我发现必须打印一份7页的文件，交由入住的客户。而客户要在11月2日7:30离店往杭州东站。这么迟的时间，实在没地方打印。而第二天又太早，还是没地方打印。于是，22:32我试着给酒店发送的预定短信中的座机0571-87088088拨打电话。正是武航婷接的电话。我说明情况后，武航婷很热情地答应了。打印后转交前台，于第二日早上交由客人。并且，她很注意细节，比如，主动询问是用订书机装订文件还是用回形针？比如，办理好后打你电话确认（时间是23:13）。何况这是她的加班时间，又非本职工作。
因为我在艺龙和携程分别订了这酒店，于是我在两个网站同时发布。哈哈。

机场大巴站点，很方便。南宋御街步行十分钟。西湖步行十分钟，方便。中午退房要求12点前有点不舒服。
