    本来是件很高兴的事，酒店离西湖近，还给我们免费升级房间，房间环境也还不错。晚上十点回到房间，累得就想马上洗完澡躺在床上休息，可是房卡怎么拉都打不开门，好不容易找到服务员，一推开门就看见卫生间像个水帘洞，说是找工程部来修理，还让不让我们休息嘛！我们要求换房！拖着疲惫的身体自己到总台换房，她们的态度冷淡，还慢慢吞吞地操作！我觉得：1、作为五星级的酒店，不应该让客人跑上跑下的操作换房手续。客人选择五星级酒店就是想享受五星的服务！2、就算让客人自己去总台换房，也应该早就操作好，不能晾着客人！好像房间漏水是我们的错一样，连道歉也没有！这里附近的酒店我都住过，现在看来维景国际的服务最有问题！
