酒店干净整理，设施齐全，也比较新，早餐丰富，唯一美中不足的是地理位置有些偏，那一带新城还在开发中，相信以后会好很多

酒店环境不错，最满意的是自助早餐，品类多味道赞，这是我住过的酒店里早餐最好吃的了，感谢玉嘉的热情服务，也感谢18楼的客房阿姨，知道我家宝宝感冒了特意多给了一包纸巾，下次来杭依旧选择开元
