出入电梯每次检查身份证，房卡，孩子因为未成年木有证件一直被盘问，一直要解释。入住五星级酒店没有被尊重，一直感觉在公安局。酒店周边偏僻，离西湖搭地铁16站，酒店房间也很一般，客人不多，都被盘问得住民宿算了。游泳池不错。
