不是前台和餐厅的服务态度很好，孩子也没有加收早餐费，我绝对要投诉的，泳池服务人员态度恶劣，不给浴巾、鞋、和放衣服的柜子，一再态度恶势的强调我们孩子不是有浴衣吗？如此三个人没有一个态度好点的，要不是觉得扫了孩子们的兴致，我要让他们好好学习怎么尊重客人的，最后年级大点的女的态度才好了点，否则就当时他们的无礼让好久都不较真的我让他们知道狗眼欺人的下场！太过份了，如此无理就是把一楼的工作人员累死，服务也提升不了吧！
