酒店有点年数了，所处地段不错，很方便，服务也很好，热情大方，早餐很棒，可以吃的很好。唯一的就是设施老了，很多地方都有些问题，希望可以加以改进，赢得更多的客人。

酒店总体来说不错，位置位于东南湖区，这里属于老城区，出行吃饭，逛街方便。酒店的服务热情，客房走廊里保洁员遇到会主动打招呼，餐厅的服务员也很热情，看到小朋友独自一人会主动帮忙倒牛奶。酒店的早餐看似不算多，其实中西结合，东西不算少，可以吃得饱饱的。酒店的游泳池不错，最深处也就1.6米，满足了小朋友的需要。酒店房间的床也很舒服，插座设计合理。但是，很显然酒店也是有些年头了，部分设施需要改进啊，比如我所住的605房间门打开后已经吸不住了，用的烧水壶盖子也坏了，电视机因为机顶盒的问题也一度罢工过，不过酒店反应很快，马上就派人来解决了电视机的问题，卫生间淋浴间的门只能往里开，使得洗澡的人进出也不方便。这些都是需要改进的地方，其他都还不错，希望海外海继续保持好的地方。
