中午走的着急，把电脑和身份证落在房间了，酒店工作人员及时给我打了电话告知，态度特别好。服务也很到位，特别棒。酒店的湖景房能看见外面的湖，景色很美。

房间面积不大，卫生间面积太小了，设施有点旧了，服务还是不错的，早餐因为疫情原因是配送的，能吃饱。健身房泳池全部关闭。现在不适宜度假。

房间挺大的，早餐丰富，游泳池????等健身设施很好，还有首日水果，特别温馨。边上就是千岛湖广场，晚上很热闹，还赶上了音乐??喷泉??；到东南湖码头只有3站公交车??，出行很方便。

位置不错，出门就可以看到湖景，去千岛湖码头都非常近，酒店设施也都较新，停车方便，服务也不错，还送了果盘。出门左拐站台就有直达高铁站的大巴车，非常方便。

酒店位置很好，离湖边很近，周边餐饮购物都很方便，有自己的停车场安保人员很负责，适合自驾出行，酒店设施已现陈旧感，但房间面积很大，房型多样适合不同类型的人群，房间的网络不是很好时常自己退出需要从新链接，不知是不是个案。酒店的中餐厅据说不错但入住期间接连不断的婚宴未能品尝到，早餐需要酒店提起重视，感觉不符合星级酒店的标准，菜式种类太少，肉食只有一个鸡肉肠，个人认为急需改进。酒店的服务还是很不错，房间打扫很快，很认真。
