同程网订票后在线支付了，但是拖家带口到酒店，却被告知我只有一间房，可实际我定了3间！而且酒店竟然不积极处理，让我自己给同程打电话！我手机没电关机了想借用前台手机打也不肯借！后来我看见他们的座机，就用座机打，让酒店告诉我同程电话是多少，前台也说不知道！旁边另一位也是同程网订房的客人也是入住有问题，所幸他告诉了我同程电话。而且酒店房间不够，折腾了一个多小时还没处理好！特意挑了订房页面写了有窗的房型定的，到酒店却说没窗，我说网上写的就是有窗，酒店振振有词说可是事实就是没窗。简直被酒店和同程气死了，免费让我去住都不会去了，也再也不会用同程了！好好的旅行，心情全被糟蹋了！

恒景国贸大厅等了二小时，告诉我没有房间，然后出去吃晚饭等了一个小时，打电话告诉我有房间了，高兴地回到酒店，告诉我，去另外一家酒店，到了另外一家酒店，告诉我没有大床，只有标间，我订的是大床，不说了，说多了天都亮了！！
