真是一家很差的酒店，三星绝对没有。选择入住要衡量一下，房间小，早餐差，如果不是离开会的地点近我肯定不选择了。

隔音效果非常不好，隔壁开水龙头水流声都听见，声音大的隔壁也听到，设备简陋，没有衣柜啥的，不过节假日278估计只能住这样的了，本来看着图片挺好挺大的，真正没那么好

酒店地理位置非常优越，离西溪湿地非常近，离西湖也不远。酒店环境与服务非常好，住店期间一直都在酒店用餐，早餐品种非常丰富，每天吃完早餐后，午餐都不饿了。因为航班是晚上的，所以电话问是否可以晚点退房，最后答应4点退。非常满意舒适的一次旅程，下次还会选择这里！

虽是四星酒店，但总体服务堪比五星，首先最主要的是卫生很干净。床单，枕套很白净，像是新用不久的。细节做的都很到位。服务态度也很优，酒店一楼有地图册对出行游玩很有帮助。此外早餐也还不错，餐厅很干净，食物也很精致

还不错，性价比较高，位置交通方便，可以停车，中级酒店里算不错了，但服务还需跟上，旅客拉下东西在房间里，在退房查房的时候居然未及时告知，事后也未电话联系旅客，直到旅客自己打电话询问，当然最后已妥善解决。
