地段非常好，走出来就是岳庙、曲苑风荷和苏堤，酒店环境也很好，服务态度也棒，可惜在一楼蚊子多了些，总体性价比高。

酒店的位置都几好找，路口就有公车站，而且路口有很多吃的地方。酒店新净，设计优雅，服务态度好，还配有就餐区域。房间整洁，设备齐全，配备中英文。房间的面积较小，电视直播要另收费。房间里还有小阳台，方便品茶，不过阳台就紧贴着山，气味不好。进入酒店的路大概有300米，我是晚上看完印象西湖步行回去，大概9点左右，路上比较静，没人，如果是一个人住宿且要夜归步行的话就要考虑一下了。酒店的浴室很干净而且新，不过淋浴时已调好水的温度了，还会突然变冷或者变得很热，试了十多次都是这样子，不知道是什么原因。总体来说，不错。

周末带儿子去杭州玩两天，头天傍晚孩子突然发烧了，酒店服务很好，又给借体温计又给降温贴的，点赞哦！下雨直接酒店吃的，味道还可以。孩子最爱玩外面的大浴缸了，两天都玩了两次，开心啊~
