酒店就在西湖边，房间不大，但整洁，有除湿机，不会觉得潮湿。早餐不错，品种不多，但味道好。好评

酒店地理位置很好，很幽静，距离苏堤步行十分钟，房间整体卫生也很好，酒店前台的小姐姐们服务态度也很好，推荐！

酒店位置很好，岳庙隔壁，栖霞路进去几百米。出来对面就是西湖。去浙江博物馆（孤山馆），楼外楼，断桥都不远。岳庙门口就可以乘船去湖心岛看三潭印月。印象西湖的演出好像也在那边（没去看）。酒店服务很好，接待人员非常热情，看到我们带着孩子，给我们安排了有榻榻米的房间，还给我们加了床，很棒！早餐种类不算多，但口味不错。最重要的是时间跨度长，方便！酒店停车位不多，最好早点安排联系哈！还有，外地车工作日限尾号，双休日西湖区域有限行，各位一定要当心哦！

父母出去旅游帮他们定的，住宿环境一般，重点在于体验不好。妈妈微信说的时候，感觉同为服务行业，这个服务员可以转行了。不给优惠就算了，没必要这样说吧，本来出门就是为了愉悦心情，又不是受气，算了，反正就一次，也无所谓了。

我们是来参加铜粉英雄会的、推荐这家酒店、服务态度非常好、因为自身原因延时到2点退房、服务员很快就答应办理了、早餐味道非常棒、环境卫生都很不错。下次一定再来！

这个酒店除了地理位置好点，其他真的没什么特别的，晚上隔音很差，因为阳台只有纱窗没有玻璃，隔壁一群人闹到后半夜，一家三口睡1.5的床真的小了点，加了床被子送来居然没有被套的我也是醉了。这个价格找其他好点的酒店应该不难！
