房间真的很宽，酒店环境也不错，竹林小苑的菜品也好吃，出酒店门往左就是西湖景区观鱼巷，往右走是苏堤、雷锋塔、还是不错的选择

酒店地理位置太好了，就在花港观鱼和知味观对面。房间设施稍老旧，但卫生很好，床品也不错。还有就是酒店楼层不高，周围绿化树木很高，应该看不到湖，所以不要订湖景房，没啥用。

酒店离景区很近 ，逛景区步行即可，很方便，但酒店整体配套设施有点陈旧，因为离景区太近了房间里面有点潮湿，不太适合老年人和孩子，本次总体感觉还是不错的。
