酒店位置非常好，只是设施比较怀旧，床铺硬了点，空调声音响，房间比较小，没有花洒，优点地理位置好，隔壁知味观味道很好，游西湖步行就到

位置特别特别好，就在西湖边上，绿树成荫中，和景区合为一体。感觉是比较有年代的旅店，里面的一些家具用具略显破旧，但是房间很大，宽敞，整体来说住着挺舒服的。

前台和酒店人员服务态度都很好！一层的房太潮湿前台没废话就给换了，早餐也还可以！就是房间设施老旧！床头旁居然没有插座充电！只不过结账为什么不是定时的优惠价！
