房间大，采光好，落地窗看外面很舒服，每天打扫卫生干净。位置便利，走到西湖很近。
缺点是附近没有什么饭店，卫生间淋雨龙头居然没有手持花洒，只能从头顶浇下来。

酒店的位置是非常不错的，临近西湖景点，但酒店的设施就有些陈旧了。我住的房间外面还在滴水，不知道是哪里有水漏了。酒店服务员好像也是新招的或者培训不到位，我问临近酒店的地铁站是哪个，告诉我了，再问一句从哪个出口出会近一些，就答不上来了。
