周边公共交通和餐饮都很方便，对面就是知味观和花港观鱼景点，离苏堤也近。酒店服务很不错，值得再次入住

就在花港对面，晚上出来散步很惬意。早餐的服务有点跟不上，人多也是个原因吧。平日里应该是个不错的入住选择。

如果去看西湖和雷峰塔，这里超级好，是我这两天游玩后觉得自己庆幸订了这家酒店，可以一直玩到晚上9点都可以，再慢慢走回酒店，酒店热水空调都不错，很快就热了，都不需要等。酒店里面也可以走走，暖气十足，特别适合带小孩或者老人一起游湖的游客

这个酒店实在太破了，床比快捷酒店的床还差，就是一个很差的床垫铺着的，里面的柜子白漆都掉了，椅子上脏死了，住着觉得特别恶心，床根本也没有办法睡，上面还标注豪华型的，可是比民宿还破还脏，一点温暖的感觉都没有，我和老公根本睡不下去，住着浑身难受，实在感觉太差了，唯一胜在地里位置好，出了酒店就是西湖的花港观鱼，离三台山龙井也都很近，当初看点评上都说酒店很不错，又离景区近，就定了，没想到酒店这么差
