委托朋友帮我订的，房间是新装修的，很舒适！很上档次，19楼的餐厅很大气，丰盛的美食，美丽的湖景，最值得一提的是服务真的贴心，物超所值!感谢朋友，感谢华辰用心的服务。

几乎每次去杭州都会住华辰，服务态度好。房间很温馨，无线网超赞。地理位置极佳，离音乐喷泉非常近，走过去没几步路就是地铁站还有银泰，周边吃喝玩乐一体，推荐入住！

比我想象中的要好很多，做为亲子房为孩子考虑了很多，比如孩子的玩具、拖鞋、牙刷牙膏、早餐券、走时的礼物扇子，服务上用心了。19楼的早餐面向西湖，视野开阔，2楼的唐宫餐厅味道独特，价格适中。空调虽旧但仍正常工作，床上还是蛮干净的，用水没毛病，还多了个直饮水，方便。遇到的不少员工，都还行，大家互相尊重互相理解，见面打个招呼，相处融洽。总之是一次不错的住宿经历，当然再便宜点就更完美了。

饭店地理位置不错！走路10分钟左右就能到西湖边上。还有欢迎水果，让人感觉很温馨。屋内整洁，前台服务态度很好.物超所值！

很不错; 1.饭店环境很好，如：地处繁华地段，距西湖，大型商场等很近，出门就是公交站、地铁 2.服务员素质很好，例如;刚进门就有人接待，热情友好。 3.有丰富的菜肴。19楼还可以看见湖景。 4.房间设施齐全。 故：推荐！
