和家人来杭州游玩的，酒店位置离西湖很近，过去很方便。因为带的是年轻人，酒店配的小孩子的用品用不上，跟前台说了以后，服务员及时送了过来。在19楼的自助餐厅可以看见西湖，可能有雾霾的原因，虽然是晴天，但是拍照出来效果不是很好。自助餐种类繁多，可以满足各类人的饮食需求，住店客人价钱也有优惠。总之，家人玩的很满意，休息的也很好
