服务生比较有礼貌，酒店比较干净，离西湖有1公里，酒店风景也不错；房间送了水果、甜品，很开心；洗护用品是佰草集的也不错；

峰会时新建的三号楼，与其他楼无关，二号楼还办婚宴，很吵，室内装修真实土的不行，室外环境真心一般，唯一优势就是出门就是鸿鹄湾，人少风景好。不过这个价格真是太不适合了。
