喜欢同程n年，实在不喜欢这次的入住地！后悔死了！吐槽开启：1，环境太差了，天花板居然掉下来一块块的，水槽水龙头那里也是黑色的；2，床上很脏，一丝丝黑黑的，也不知道是不是上次住户的没有换掉；3，说是有窗户的，其实就是全密闭空间的，窗户打开依然是全黑状态！！实在是太闭了………综上，以后来肯定是不会入住了！图片为证！

很失望，五百多的旅馆，简直无语，墙上有个洞，空调进风口也是个洞，卫生间门坏的，桌上还有两根头发，柜子玻璃上一层灰！本来对杭州的印象蛮好的，因为这个旅馆心情大打折扣！差评差评差评！！！

性价比很高，楼下就有一家饭店，吃的不贵，早餐不错，由于是春节假期，旅游的人比较多，早上去吃早餐，一进门服务员热情的打招呼说新年快乐，心情不错，宾馆的服务很到位，不会因为人多而怠慢！不错！

第一次全家来到杭州西湖游玩，感觉这个宾馆有点儿对不起这个价位，入住当晚定了两个房间，安排完房间有一间房间内还没收拾，结果找到总台给调换了一个房间。房间都是暗窗，说想要有窗户的房间还得加钱，结果就凑合住了两宿！
