交通是挺方便，就是房间小，淋浴间的莲蓬头竟然从天而降的，会漏水，中午入住的时候洗脸池也是没水的，房间可能刚清洁，味道很重，比期望值低，就没有拍照了～～～

没有早餐，不能加床，房间很小，就是一个优点，离西湖很近，没有停车场。双床是合在一起的，不能分开，房间太小。

12点退房我们准时下来退房，正出门老公拉肚子上了下厕所，人有三急，肠胃不好上久了一点，我就先下来办退房手续坐在下面等老板就一直催说超时了超时了，超了时间很久了，要多收50块，，然后就一直给脸色看，，***，我们连住了两天上个厕所而已至于吗，搞得我一整天都没心情，（环境卫生超差墙壁脏得要命，床头还有蜘蛛网，床单被套更加恶心）***，订了你们家客房，（要住的人慎重）

垃圾，房间小不说，强上脏死了，床头强角都是蜘蛛网，再来说就是床，凹陷下去的，床单被套洗得都黑了，枕头套都烂了，住过这么多酒店没见过这么恶心的，300块一点都不值这个价………………
