酒店里面没有一次性的拖鞋，飞机晚点了，凌晨两点多去的，反正是没有洗澡。害怕穿那个拖鞋。房间太小了点。

离西湖特别近，露台上风景很好，小店很温馨。房间略小，木质楼梯上下楼稍微有点吵，不过住的人都还比较注意。

价格贵，设施差。热水器根本不能用，一会冷，一会烫的，烫能把人皮烫掉，冷能冻的人起鸡皮疙瘩。空调更是不能用，开了一晚，一点暖意都没有。整个房间冷嗖嗖的。卫生间小的要命，上个厕所，头随时随口都是抵着玻璃门的。一个起身，就会撞到头。头一次住到这样的房间。跟服务员反应，就打哈哈，各种找理由。我只想说，玩了一天了，连个澡都没法好好洗，睡觉没暖意，房内跟房面没区别，上个厕所还时刻撞头，这样我定酒店干嘛？价格还那么贵！！！
