酒店位置很好，就在御街内，交通、逛街、买东西、吃饭都很方便，上下楼梯是观光电梯很不错，房间也算很干净，就是发现窗户锁扣坏掉锁不上，建议酒店对损坏锁应及时维修，否则给人感觉不是太安全。

失望透顶，我住过的最差的酒店之一。第一房间设施差，洗澡龙头基本不好用，床咯吱咯吱响，还很硬，根本睡不好。第二房间小的出奇，卫生间转不过身。总之根本不值这个价。位置也很一般，就是在一个街里，离西湖也挺远的，还不如住繁华地段。。

第一间在二楼，窗户关不上，4月天气晚上还是比较冷的，噪音也大。第二次关在六楼没有电梯，要到五楼在走楼梯，和服务员交涉，她解释说就十几个台阶走走也没多高，看看让你走楼梯是多有道理！门、墙壁隔音很差，隔壁开门简直就是在开自己的门，房间空间比较小，靠窗有点转不来身，凳子腿向四边伸开反复踢到脚，床褥子很薄，床垫一推就跑开，两张床之间没有多少距离，人进不到两床中间，热水空调网还可以，在南宋御街上，出门逛很方便。交通还可以离地铁很近。
