总体而言非常不错，性价比高，但有些需要提高的：1大床房只有一把椅子，情侣入住时就少一把了，应该再配一把小一些的圆椅；2浴室出来应该配一张防滑垫，因为洗完澡之后拖鞋是湿的，把整个房间弄的滑溜溜的。其他还好

从无窗的房间升级到有窗的，加了十元钱。房间不大，订了两个房间，一个房间里有一次性拖鞋，还有一个房间里没有。打电话给前台，说从来不提供拖鞋的。然后直接去找打扫卫生的阿姨去要了两双。到前台去问附近的旅游景点，马上让驻扎在酒店里的旅行社相关人员来给我介绍。不是很满意他们的服务。

首先需要声明的是我根本没有入住这家酒店，因为台风影响，我的航班被取消了，我没有办法到达杭州，在万般无奈之下联系酒店退款，结果他们不给退，这么大的连锁酒店竟然为了这点小钱和我吵，没有意思了，反正以后我是一定不会再定宜必思酒店了！
