说实在，几次入住以来全是比较失望的一次，明明订了三个房间到店被告知只收到两个房间的订单，几番沟通后直到艺龙发来确认号才终于显示第三个房间，可能是周六的缘故，前台办理入住人很多，但效率不高，个别住客等了一个多小时还没房间气得拍桌子叫主管。这次的房间在十六和十七楼，房间明显比十二楼的小，也没有水果赠送。

无敌江景很震撼，房型设计不错，衣帽间，卫生间，浴室，梳妆台，洗手台各自分开。美中不足的是卫生间排风还不够好，稍有味道。早餐种类不算很多，但选材用心，味道很赞。

超美的江景房，酒店美，房间住得舒服，但早上九点半不是被江景美醒，是被服务员吵醒，瞬间觉得这不是五星酒店，换洗衣服客人有需要就会打电话问了，一早被吵醒心情瞬间就不好了，而且酒店12点退房不是很满意，其他也就一般般

艺龙上预定了1700多元的房间，前台到店查阅了半天查不到 查到了跟我说定的大床没了 给了我双床 。原因是和艺龙第三方合作没沟通好。也没任何补偿 态度强硬 略感不爽 另酒店顶楼的游泳池很小
