非常棒的体验！环境、卫生设施都很好！比上次在北京住的希尔顿(燕莎旁边那个)强太多！房间很大！舒适！旁边有奥特莱斯(因时间关系没去逛)、杭州大剧院等，散步很好！衣帽间能坐着换鞋很方便。

服务好！从到酒店门口领行李的小哥，到办理入住的工作人员，再到楼层的打扫阿姨，再到早餐的服务员，下午茶和欢乐时光的服务员、工作人员，每一个都面带微笑，服务热情，遇到问题耐心解释，亲切感！再说硬件，预定之前看到有评论说设施陈旧而犹豫了一下，可是因为住过其他地方的洲际，印象都很好，所以还是选择了这家，入住后发现对于10年的酒店，设备设施硬件都维护的很好啊，没有评论里的陈旧一说啊，而且毕竟也是G20峰会的酒店，各方面都很好！酒店二楼有楼梯直连奥特莱斯，逛街购物吃饭也很方便，旁边还有个万象城，去市区西湖周边那块开车也很方便很近啊！总之，不枉费我对洲际一贯的好印象，推荐！
