最大的优点就是离西湖景区近，只有两三分钟的路程。距火车站很近,只有两三公里。去火车东站坐地铁比较方便，靠近美院的房间很静！

位置很好，就在西湖边上，出门过马路就是西湖。房间装修何设施等方面如果稍作改进，可能会住的更舒服些，也有可能我住的是标间，其他档次高的可能会好一些。总体上满意吧。

除了离西湖近什么优点都没有。车位少，设备简陋，卫生差，房价超贵。门口南山路堵得一塌糊涂，喇叭烦死人。
