真的对这家酒店很失望，连热水都没有，哪有宾馆没有热水洗澡的？很无语也很无奈，以后绝不会再住这家酒店了！

地理位置很方面，离中国美院、西湖都很近，主要是实惠。不错不错。有一点不满意就是房间里面的凳子太高了。

很差的宾馆，连热水都没有，真受不了！虽然在西湖旁边，可惜宾馆设施不到位，电视机不能看，床很小，隔音不好，以后不会住 了！

该酒店比较旧，卫生不好，房间较小，就像一个招待所。还不如一些连锁酒店。价格还挺贵。br优点是离西湖很近。

1、交通很方便，在西湖边上。2、卫生清洁尚可，接待服务也很好。3、卫生间很滑，没有防滑措施。4、房间隔音很差，隔壁电视声很清晰、门外关门声很响、及屋外机械连续启动高频振动噪音很烦。5、几乎没有停车位，只有三个车位。

酒店的地理位置相当不错，真的就在西湖边上，而且离火车站就两站路的距离，很方便。订的是3人间，可能由于国庆客流量大，入住的时候卫生间有异味，没有及时消除，房间里的设施也比较普通了，不过能够满足基本需求，建议淋浴设施要更新一下了，洒水不太均匀~
