设施陈旧，服务理念差，浴室防滑垫小，不安全，充电插口既少又远，Wi-Fi信号不好。唯一的优点就是里西湖近。

唯一的优点就是位置离西湖较近。酒店设施陈旧，浴室防滑垫太小，只够站两只脚的。床头没有插座，只有进门柜子里烧水的插座可以用，只能充一个手机，Wi-Fi信号非常差，发个微信都时断时续的。部分服务人员的态度很差，借个小剪刀不给也就算了，说话一点礼貌都没有。酒店不提供抽纸，进去的时候连瓶装水都没有。景观房也没有景观，旁边还有工地，铛铛铛的很吵。
