很好啊，位置非常方便，杭州大厦银泰就在旁边，到西湖也不远，还有武林门有个民航售票中心民航大巴站，到酒店很近。酒店早餐非常值。推荐。

总体不错。入住等候房间时间过长，11点到，12:20才拿到催了多次清理完毕的房间。搞卫生环节效率或人手有待解决。
