非常棒的酒店，果然我挑酒店的水平没有退步。去年去的金鹰国际是不错的，所以对这次还有点担心呢。但这次的雷迪森完全不输。酒店建筑设计外观很大气，周围即使不是豪华同类建筑也毫不违和。很惊喜。门口有几个红色帽子小雪人，很可爱。进门的旋转门有腊梅装饰，很温暖。酒店是圆形设计，电梯在中间的。当时给我分了一个房间是电梯房，我打电话，马上就给我换了。服务态度很谦虚，男女前台服装到位，用语很礼貌。还帮我们走的时候拍了照。房间不算大，但肯定也不小。床也不小。卫生间就是有点儿漏水，地上需要事先摊好地巾。

周围环境不好，服务挺好的，酒店内设施不是很齐全。不值得这个价钱，房间也挺小的，不像是五星级酒店的规格

大堂新装修的挺漂亮，房间住的也很舒服，卫生搞的挺干净。还吃了自助餐，也是新装修的，环境挺好的。

去酒店交通还是很便利的，我们是坐地铁过去的，出去就是，很方便，酒店虽然是老牌的了，但整体感觉还是比较舒适、温馨的，员工服务也比较热情，就连搞卫生大姐都很热情，所以给我们总体印象都不错！给赞??

这个酒店很赞，环境不错。而且酒店服务很好。很喜欢。酒店叫餐服务也不错。离杭州大厦和银泰都近。

地理位置很好，旁边购物吃饭各种方便，到西湖随便逛逛可到。酒店服务生训练有素，顶楼意大利餐厅味道很正，晚上俯瞰杭城夜景，感觉很好。总体性价比不错，推荐。
