很差的酒店！最差劲的一次。离西湖很近，步行10分钟到雷峰塔。就是位置不好找，海勤疗养院里面的酒店，停车老远！房间满是霉味，很难闻！大堂服务也不好，房间实施配套基本没有，房间很小，500多一晚上，是我出差这么多最不好的酒店了，与500多价格非常不互。服务也不好，早餐更不好！

绝不推荐！住过最受气的酒店，一无是处！完全没有服务意识！
酒店在部队疗养院里，特别深，院内标识很不明显。不给出租车进，母亲扭伤脚，进出特别远不方便。大门军人站岗，五步一岗三步一哨的，横放栏杆，特别压抑。
需要扛行李爬上一串台阶方可到达大堂，没有电梯。杯子脏得夸张，连茶叶渣都还在，估计压根连冲水都没有，好歹冲冲做个样子吧（如图）浴室支架脱落，通知维修，维修人员态度倒好，不过还是没修好，说正常，还落了工具（如图）
到了大堂办手续，由于确定不了住两个还是三个人，大堂一个老女人（不是前台服务人员）凶巴巴强调几次访客十点前必须离开。吓得我们都不敢让朋友来。
白天一个保安蛮好，大堂晚上值班的趾高气昂的保安像看贼一样盯着客人，出示房卡还要盘问。我报完房号说房间里有人，没卡了。黑脸保安凶巴巴说房间里有两人，不让进。后来我和前台确认登记了，黑脸方讪讪不语。
每次进出大黑脸都盛气凌人的盘查盘问，态度恶劣，感觉对客人像对贼对犯人一样。本来还想去园区里散步，都不想了。
好像房间是施舍给客人住的，与电视剧里，古代的无良士兵站城门前，盛气凌人地盘查老百姓感觉一模一样！
只此一晚 永不再来
