房间一进去就一股很大的臭味儿，下水道口没处理好。没窗子，房间有点闷，地势还不错，房间灯光，设施都还好。

服务跟位置都很好，不过房间也太差了，一进去一股下水道的味道，说好的天然香氛呢？床头柜跟衣柜里面都有霉斑了，连沐浴露都没放，洗发水好像也是罐的，不是薰衣草香味的，我可能住了个假的丽枫了。

这是我去杭州第二次第三晚入住丽枫，以前在南京也住过都很满意，但这次明显和上次不能比，开始开的一间房间进去就有一股脚臭味，椅子上面也都是一小块一小块的白点，后来实在忍受不了还是去前台更改房间，结果开的一间房确实好了点，只是总体看来真的没有第一次来住好了，每个房间的空间变小了，还是觉得在南京住的丽枫大，还有浴缸，空间也大。只是这间酒店他离西湖确实很近，旁边就是银泰，离市区有点距离，到地铁口步行五分钟吧。
