这个酒店除了位置好，其他真是一无是处，实在对不起这个价格，位置在西湖边上，但是房间的设施真是又老又旧，而且卫生真的是令人堪忧，一进门的洗手池很明显没处理，烧水的壶里面黑麻麻一圈，厕所很丑不通风，总之不推荐

酒店地理位置很好，就在湖滨银泰边上，只是没有停车场，需要自己付费停车，电梯空间窄小油烟气味串鼻。房间很小，卫生间排气扇没用，有几盏灯也没用。设施设备看着陈旧脏乱，不愿再次入住。唯一需要特别说明的是给我办理入住手续的前台服务态度非常好，着重表扬！

服务前台态度很好，可是客房服务的送东西很慢，打了三次电话，三个多小时才送过来，我们是定的家庭房，洗澡的就给了两人份，电视也是屏幕有很大色差，房间出奇的小，我们是订的家庭房，和其它房间一样大小，太不满意了，下次再也不定这家店

连续入住的第三天，还是感觉可以，卫生打扫的也不错，服务态度也挺好。支持。酒店设施及酒店用品各方面，感觉还是挺不错的，住着也挺舒适，位置也好找，距离西湖很近。去游玩一下也挺方便，晚上有西湖喷泉。距离地铁站龙翔桥也非常近，挺方便
