酒店位置很好，出门就是商场，离西湖跟地铁口也很近，商场里面吃的东西好多呀，很适合我这种吃货??房间位置很好 里面还有自动窗帘 床真的没话说 睡起来特别舒服 提高了我的睡眠质量?? 需要什么东西打电话给前台 客服大姐也很热情的马上给我送来了 尤其前台的服务真的好 一进门就有热乎乎的花茶递上 办理入住也很快 服务员都很有礼貌 这点是值得夸奖的 唯一的缺点就是这家麗枫酒店没有早餐 不过附近的知味观也很近味道也很棒 关键离西湖近 吃完饭 和朋友出去散步也很方便 西湖景美美的 总的来说这次的入住体验真的很棒 下次如果来杭州 我一定首选这家酒店
