酒店设施陈旧，家庭房只给准备一条浴巾，毛巾有的都破了。唯独好的就是地址位置不错，离西湖很近，出门就是银泰，购物、吃饭非常方便，到商场吃饭要提前去，基本上都要排队。

酒店位置很方便，出去就是in77,对面是西湖，离龙翔桥站很近，后面就是省中医院，就是房间里有点霉味，地毯也脏脏的，墙纸贴的也不整齐，不过相比这个位置，大窗户还能看到西湖，已经算很好了

离西湖好近，附近吃喝玩乐都有，遇上端午节600多一晚，至今为止住过的最贵的丽枫，服务还是一如既往的好，就是墙纸有些破损了，电动窗纱也无法打开，总体不错！
