离西湖很近，环境优美，古木参天绿荫环抱，餐厅不错，杭州菜做得好，服务周到热情，特别表扬张磊、于长花二位，帮助预留座位、预定美味的叫花鸡。感谢客房服务员缪春珠，服务细心帮我处理床的硬度。很幽静的酒店，我已延住，可以多在这里放松几天。

酒店环境非常好，安静舒适，自助早餐不错，中餐厅的菜也很地道，孩子很喜欢，就是出入基本都靠打车，酒店如果能提供到附近公交站的摆渡车就好了
