住了好几次，感觉还不错。昨晚的一次确实刷新了我对这酒店的看法，床单薄，把床垫的污迹映的清清楚楚，看着都没法睡，最最重要的是他们所谓的一次性拖鞋，都是重复使用的，很恶心，，后面打电话到前台，态度还是不错的，叫一个大姐过来都跟我换了，问她拖鞋的事，她也承认了有部分是重复使用的，床单换了个过来虽然厚，但是我都不想说了，本想在打电话到前台要求再换的，想想算了，半夜三更的，反正是不会去了。

非常满意，杭州丽正门大酒店服务态度热情，酒店干净，卫生，早餐还可以，中西餐都有，酒店旁边是鼓楼，往前走一点都是美食一条街非常好吃，酒店去杭州西湖景点都很方便，是吃，住，玩，乐最好选择，下次去杭州玩很住这家酒店。👍👍😃
