1.十二点半过去说不能办理入住，说一点半可以，但一点半过去，又说不行;br2.水不热，冷死我了，后来才发现有热水器的存在，需要自己去开启，服务不到位;br3.讲真，地理位置好的没话说，楼下就是庆春广场的地铁口，自己杭州大厦501呢，安全措施很棒呢！

服务态度差，房间没电话，打电话反映问题不能及时处理。现在设备也旧了，房间电话打前台也打不通！吐血就对了！在这每年都住这，现在可能生意太好服务态度特差。反正以后不会再住
