家庭出游，订了2间安排倒是在一起的，酒店设施虽然都是名牌，但是洗澡水没洗一会就变28度了，差点感冒，一开始就以为另一间是这样的，找人问了情况说是温度不够的关系，没想到轮到自己洗也是这种情况，刚开始很热还没洗好就变冷水了。换人洗澡还要等控制板上的温度到50度以上才能洗，一等就是好半天。睡觉床一翻身就戈滋戈滋的，窗外老是听到啪啪的响声，外加外面在休地铁晚上和早上都有施工🚧，房间设施再好也没有享受的感觉了，另外喝水的一个杯子里竟然有头发，真的恶心，服务员很难找，前台在12楼，后来晚上是自己找过去叫人的。

总体不错，就是办理入住和退房间不方便，找不到房间和人，应该有一个规范的办公室或者吧台吧，其他都可以位置中心

酒店设备还不错，都是先名牌的建材设备，就是服务太差，根本没有前台，在9楼914，订单上也没任何提示，楼下保安登记完也不说，直接说上12楼
